Our story
In 1996, Judith and Ilse founded Undutchables in an Amstelveen attic.
Judith had witnessed the success of multilingual agencies in London yet found no such agency in the Netherlands. Exploring the market, Judith and Ilse saw that international companies in the Netherlands were indeed looking for multilingual personnel and these people were already living in the Netherlands; there was therefore great potential for an agency to bring them together.
Bringing together these parties turned out to be a successful, and more importantly, an extremely satisfying business. Soon offices were opened in other cities and Undutchables grew to become the market leader we are today, yet always remaining small enough to retain flexibility and the personal touch - the Undutchables Philosophy.
This philosophy keeps offices small and welcoming; candidates feel at home when they visit us. With all our staff having international experience or being an "Undutchable" themselves, we are able to give our candidates and clients advice based on our own experiences.
Undutchables supports the Fight Against Cancer, in memory of Judith, who sadly passed away from Cancer in 2001.
