Undutchables’ Eurovision Song Contest Party

Every year, Undutchables throws a party for all Undutchables’ employees and other internationals. While watching the Eurovision Song Contest we enjoy dinner, drinks, music, dance and special entertainment. Of course we will all be supporting our native country’s contestant!

We had a great party on 16th May 2009 – Gathering at the Westergasfabriek, this years' theme was "Movie Star".

International Meeting Day

On November 14th, 2009  Undutchables organised it's 5th edition of The International Meeting Day. The purpose of this event is to provide expats living in the Netherlands an opportunity to meet others and share their experiences of finding their way in a new country. It is also a chance to make new friends and build a network.

IMD '09 was held in the "Geld (money) Museum" in Utrecht. At that time, they had an exhibition on the financial crisis, which was a hot topic and a great conversation starter.

We had invited Colleen Reichrath-Smith, a career consultant, to give a presentation. Colleen, herself an expat, gave a wonderful interactive presentation on subjects such as cultural differences, communication and networking. The attendees really enjoyed the presentation and found it very informative and applicable.

Of course, Undutchables recruiters were there to answer questions and share their experiences regarding employment in the Netherlands.

There was an opportunity for everybody to explore the museum. Afterwards we held a quiz and gave away some lovely prizes,  while our guests  enjoyed drinks and various foods " from around the world".

The day was a great success and if you have not been to one yet, don't miss the next one in November.

Tax Advice

As an Undutchable, filling in your Dutch tax form is not the most enjoyable job.

Undutchables would like to help you by organising a meeting with a Dutch tax adviser.

In a small group, at our Undutchables offices in Utrecht, Amsterdam and Rotterdam the tax adviser will explain –in short- the Dutch tax laws and will help you with questions concerning your tax form. This service of Undutchables costs € 25,- per person and has to be paid during the evening, which will be hold in February/March of every year. Please do not forget to bring your tax return form and annual statement.
