How we help you

Are you looking for a job in the Netherlands?
Do you speak languages other than Dutch?
Do you have work experience in the international business sector?

You've come to the right place!

How we help you
Through our tried and tested network, we offer across-the-board business sector jobs, from starter level to top management, within internationally operating companies.
Most jobs are for immediate, full time, long-term placement, although we also offer short-term or part time jobs.
Please note that English is a minimum language requirement for all our vacancies. It is usually the internal language of the company or the language used with customers.
Therefore we also ask you to provide an English CV.

Getting to know you
At Undutchables we place great emphasis on maintaining personal contact.
It is important that we take the time to understand your needs and ambitions.  Recognising who and where you are in your career is foremost in ensuring we can help you with your next step. But it doesn't end there - even after we've placed you at a company we enjoy maintaining contact with you and are always open for any further queries you may have, or even to catch up with you at one of our events.

Advice
Our Recruitment Consultants know what it's like to be new to the Netherlands and are always happy to assist or advise you with any questions or concerns you might have about living and working in the Netherlands.
Feel free to contact us for information regarding language courses, network organisations or more.

The Recruitment process
-          Registration: We own an extensive central database, which we use to find candidates based on qualification, experience and languages.  By registering yourself accurately in this database, with a clearly outlined CV, you will be matched to relevant vacancies and contacted by us.  All Undutchables offices are connected to this database and all information is shared internally.
-          Application: Most of our current vacancies are found on our website. We recommend you check this regularly and apply for interesting jobs that match your skills and languages, directly online.  The Recruitment Consultant responsible for that position will then contact you to discuss the position in more detail.
-          Interview: As soon as there is a matching vacancy for you, you are invited to attend an interview at one of your Undutchables offices. This in-depth interview, in which we ensure we have a solid understanding of your experience and career-ambitions, is a pre-screening interview before we introduce you to a company.  This is also an ideal time for us to advise you on any questions you may have about finding work in the Netherlands, or for useful tips for improving your CV.
-          Company introduction: Based on our interview with you, we will then introduce you to the company with a detailed profile as well as your CV. Your information will be handled in the strictest confidence and your CV WILL NOT be sent to a company without you knowing to which company it is being sent, and for what vacancy. This will always be discussed with you beforehand. As we have built up strong relationships with the HR contact persons within the companies, they are trusting of our recommendations.  This gives you a better chance of being selected for a company interview.
-          Company interview: If the company is interested in speaking with you further, they will invite you for an interview at their office. We will provide you with all necessary info required to ensure you know who and where you will meet, as well as additional interview tips. Some companies prefer to conduct 2 or more interviews before making a decision.
-          Hired: After a successful interview round, you will usually be offered either a direct contract with the company or spend an initial period working via Undutchables before being offered a contract by the company.  This depends on the company/job requirements and will be explained to you in detail by your Recruitment Consultant. We will also conduct contract and salary negotiations for you.
