Terms & conditions

Undutchables Recruitment Agency is a full member of the ABU, the Algemene Bond voor Uitzendondernemingen. This is an umbrella organisation for recruitment agencies in the Netherlands. A membership of the ABU guarantees the legality of an agency.

Periodical Screening

ABU-check
The ABU uses a system of periodical screening, to maintain the high quality of the ABU-members and with that of the ABU-membership.

Every ABU-member is screened twice a year by the SFT*. The company is screened on the payment of social security benefits and taxes, liquidity and solvability.

*SFT (Stichting Financiele Toetsing/foundation financial screening)
In the Netherlands user companies are liable to pay the government social security benefits and taxes when the agency that they hire has not paid them for the agency worker. SFT limits this risk for the user-company, because SFT monthly checks the payments of the agencies that are registered with the SFT on the basis of information of the Dutch Social Security institution (UWV) You can check the registration of recruitment agencies on www.sft.nl.

Next to this the agency that is a member of the ABU has to conform to the ABU-code of conduct, that stipulates rules for standing behaviour towards other ABU-members, user-companies and Agency Workers. Complaints about an ABU-member can be made to the ABU arbitration court.
