- Our Executive Recruitment Manager will visit your company to discuss the position and requirements with you.
- Based on this we will draw up a profile, including personality and capacity requirements.
- An initial search within our network and database, with the possibility of additional advertising.
- After planned interview rounds, you will be provided with a short list of suitable candidates.
- Value added personality and capacity testing are part of our extensive selection procedure.
- If required, our Executive Recruitment Manager will attend interviews between you and the candidate.
- Evaluation will take place after every successful recruitment procedure.
Our executive recruitment procedure is based on a 'no cure, no pay' basis.
