• An initial search within our network and database, with the possibility of additional advertising.
• After planned interview rounds, you will be provided with a short list of suitable candidates.
• Value added personality and capacity testing are part of our extensive selection procedure.
• If required, our Executive Recruitment Manager will attend interviews between you and the candidate.
• Evaluation will take place after every successful recruitment procedure.

Our executive recruitment procedure is on 'no cure, no pay' basis.
