- Fulfillment of customer inquiries (Stock, Price, Deliveries. Technical questions etc.)
- Sales Price management
- Manage customer order intake
- Manage customer order processing
- Pro-actively inform customers on product/ price changes
- Pro-actively inform customers on delivery schedule changes or other aspects of service impact
- Order Entry
- Complaint/ Claim Entry
- Return Shipment Entry
- Credit Note creation
- Sample processing
- Escalation of service issues
- Execute and follow-up Sales Process/ Actions
- Manage Non-Standard product requests
- Updating of CRM databases

- Fluent German, Spanish & English
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Administrative, communication & commercial skills
- Accurate
- Flexible team worker
- Motivated self-starter
- 1-3 years of exp.
