- Basic networking knowledge (networking protocols, networking hardware)Knowledge of back up technology is advantageous
- Good knowledge of operating systems (knowledge of Mac is advantageous)Good listening skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Near native command of French + Italian or German
- Fluency in EnglishÂ
