·        Provide assistance to Finance Director Italy
·        Responsible for the general ledger administration, in particular related to Italian group companies
·        Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.
·        Responsible for the preparation and the supervision of the  monthly group cashport.
·        Provide assistance into treasury and financial Management activities (i.e. loans, derivatives and cash flows).
·        Preparation/Monitoring of corporate records, tax returns
·        Management of the archive (both physical and electronic)
·        Preparation/Monitoring of payment instructions
·        Liaise with Italian and foreign advisers/accountants/clients/bankers/suppliers
·        Provide assistance in specific projects such as new acquisitions, set up of bank loans, derivatives, new software implementation etc.
requirements
·        University degree in economics + 5 years working experience in the fields of property investments and/or accounting
·        Sound knowledge of (Italian) accounting, (education as Italian chartered accountant or equivalent skills will be an advantage)
·        Italian very good (native speaker preferred)
·        English (very) good
·        A sound knowledge of Dutch (and i.e. French) will be considered as an advantage
·        Ability to work in teams and on a stand alone basis
·        Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and  to respect deadlines
·        Salary: (market plus) depending on experience
·        Working place: Amsterdam, proximity will be considered as an advantage
·        Either living or long-term plans of living in the Netherlands
