- Renew expiring service contracts with our partners in EMEA
- Built and maintain close relationship with new and existing channel partners in the region
- Generate quotes to build the service sales pipeline
- Generate and follow up leads and convert these into opportunities
- Position of services portfolio together with the company's strategies within our channel partners
- Develop strong pipeline and close business
- Develop relationships with channel partners and distributors for leads and joint sales activities
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts to the sales management and service business manager
- Work closely with finance, customer services and marketing to support activities in the regions

- Must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
- Must have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player, no 9 to 5 mentality
- Strong communicator and closer
- Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, end users, distributors and partners
- Must be willing to adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company direction
- Must be able to articulate success record and define how they will make a difference
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
