A well-balanced organizer with a clear understanding of technology and people In this comprehensive role, you will be responsible for your part of the development of backing materials for pressure sensitive adhesive labels on a day-to-day basis.
Tasks:
- Product Development for pressure sensitive adhesive labels
- Execution of projects for the division
- An all-round and independent position within a multinational, modern organization that produces technically advanced and high-quality products
- A position carrying heavy responsibility but with a great deal of freedom, where results show immediately
- International travel and world-wide activities
requirements
- At least a Vocational Technical Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of four years relevant working experience, knowledge of or qualified according to 6 Sigma is a distinct advantage (Green Belt, Black Belt)
- An independent and cost-conscious organizer with authority, who feels responsible for product, personnel and the assigned projects
- A professional with the ability to give accurate advice based on factual information
- A well-organised and self-confident development engineer with a service oriented attitude
- Good knowledge of materials in general. Expertise in pressure sensitive components is preferred (e.g. liners & silicons)
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the English language is a must. Good verbal skills in the German language and or French language would be a distinct advantage
- A track record in creative problem solving
- A proven people communicator who possess a hands-on approach
- Prepared to travel (this will comprise approximately 30% oyour schedule but mostly short term travel)
