Under Dutch law, an employer is required to have a work permit for each hired foreign national employee unless an exemption exists for the foreign national employee concerned. Please find information regarding exemptions below:
- EU citizens;
- Registered partner of an EU citizen;
- European Blue Card;
- Working holiday visa.
